Owned by nature lovers, Gangaesanae Pension is located located in a valley in Heungjeong-ri, Bongpyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun. In spring there are flowers all over the pension, and guests can smell herbs from their room. There is a stream right next to the pension, where the water is crystal clear and perfect for children to play and fishing. Just as in the Korean novel 'When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom' by 'Gasan' Lee Hyoseok, the entire area is covered with white buckwheat flowers in August and September. In winter, many skiers and snowboarders choose to stay at this pension because it's located near Phoenix Park. Bongpyeong is a place of beauty and peace throughout the four seasons. Gangaesanae Pension can be great place to relax and enjoy.
