Situated at the foot of Taegisan Mountain, this pension offers a panoramic view of the ski slopes of Phoenix Park. It's a wonderful place to visit in all the four seasons. You can ski in winter, cool your body in summer in Heongjeong Valley where the water is crystal clear and icy cold with fish that live only in the freshest water, enjoy the scent of herbs at Herbnara in spring, and take in the view of autumn tint of Odaesan Mountain. Other recreational activities include rafting in Noeun Valley and Geumdang Valley, paraglidng at Pyeongchang Gliding Site, and mountain biking with mountain bikes that can be rented near the pension. All these activities are a great way to enjoy the blue sky and clean air of Pyeongchang. You can also take photos in buckwheat flower gardens during the Buckwheat Flower Festival held in early autumn, and try some buckwheat noodles and buckwheat crepes. Sliced raw trout is also a must-try delicacy. If you feel like having some saltwater fish while smelling and listening to the ocean, you can take a quick drive to Gyeongpodae Beach or Jeongdongjin Beach nearby.
