Gangchon-maeuntang uses the locally grown rice, cabbage and gochugaru(the red pepper flake). Also, the restaurant grows the vegetables for the maeuntang(or spicy fish stew) dish in person. The maeuntang is a food which is cooked using the healthy ingredients and the marinade made by the proprietor in person.
