This jeogori, or jacket is a Heojangjeogori, or ornamented jacket which has a thick pear color on its collar, cuffs and coat string and was found inside the stomach of the Seated Wooden Child Manjusri Statue at the Sangwonsa Temple on Odaesan Mount in 1975 during its gold-mending.
As the priestling was made during the visit to the temple by King Sejo in the Joseon Dynasty(1392-1910) on several occasions in 1466, the Heojangjeogiri is also construed to have been worn by someone in the 1460s.
