In the Seongbo Museum of Wojeongsa Temple, there are 2 kinds of documents, the age of which is different in respect of the Jungdae-jeokmyeolbogung, a shrine for Sakyamuni Buddha''s sarira. One is an 『Odaesan Jungdae-bulryanggyewonsubokmun』 , which is passed on along with the other traditional document, 『Odaesan Jungdae-Bulryangmun』 which is designated as Gangwon Province's Cultural Asset Document No. 134.
The 『Odaesan Jungdae-bulryanggyewonsubokmun』 book shows that in order to manage a Jeokmyeolbogung, or significant Buddha's reliquary, the center of the Odaesan Mountain's religious faith, the temple's auxiliary properties were moved between the mountain hermitages(or small temples) even within the temple and further, makes it possible to construe the sphere of influence for the Jeokmyeolbogung of the time. Also, the book is crucial to making a better understanding for the situations of the temples located in Gangwon Province in the latter half of the Joseon Dynasty(1392-1910) in that the book has a list of monks who belonged to the temples each, of being great value.
