Information

Sitting 750 meters to 800 meters above the sea level and at the top of Daegwallryeong, Uiyaji Village located in the ridges of Baekdudaegan Mountain Range gets the first heavy snow earlier than other areas, so it particularly gains more popularity as a tourist attraction in the winter. Domestic highland agriculture was initiated in this land plowed by slash-and-burn farmers, and such fresh vegetables as potatoes, cabbages, carrots and wild edible greens are being cultivated en masse at the moment. In particular, pollacks are in season in the winter. It offers various experience programs every season and has the greatest attraction as a winter tourist spot.
