Information

It is the last stop of the third course (Heungjeongcheon Stream ~ Palseokjeong Pavilion) and the starting point of the fourth course (Palseokjeong Pavilion ~ Pine Tree Rest Area in Geumsangyo Bridge) in ‘Literature Road’ in the first section of Hyoseok Literature 100-ri Road. The third course from Heungjeongcheon Stream to Palseokjeong Pavilion is a mysterious road where one can appreciate the beautiful nature to the fullest extent. The beautiful riverside road winding along Heungjeongcheon Stream presents new scenery each and every corner, and buckwheat flower fields distracting one’s mind with white waves and graceful Palseokjeong Pavilion become a beautiful painting as it is. The fourth course from Palseokjeong Pavilion to Pine Tree Rest Area in Geumsangyo Bridge shows off beautiful scenery created by oddly formed rocks, mountains and creeks flowing along Heungjeongcheon Stream and cute sceneries made by residents of mountainous villages in the riverside, which leaves a good impression. Since Pine Tree Rest Area in Geumsangyo Bridge appearing after villages is a halfway point of ‘Literature Road,’ the only rest area, visitors are recommended to take a rest here.
