Daemisan Mountain was the Battlefield of the Korean War, and many mountain animals including wild rabbits, wild pigs and red deers inhabit. It has dense forests filled with birch trees and oak trees, and such wild edible greens as ragworts and Korean pimpinella are frequently found in addition to medicinal herbs, Korean wild greens, gooseberries and omijas. Course (15km, about 5 hours) : Daemi-dong – Changjae Hill – Fork – Daemisan Mountain Summit – Umtgol – Daeya-dong
